When you visit the Isle of Wight , you as a walker or a cyclist want to confine yourselves to one day or short walks and rides. You want to enjoy island coastline , countryside and numerous attractions and benefits without the burden of carrying your baggage day by day. The Bag Tag service as been set up to address the practical problems of your baggage.
If you are a keen walker or cyclist you will be acutely aware of the problems of parking cars in our national parks , leaving them unattended for days , and getting back to them at the end of your trip, (if indeed they are still there and haven't been carried off by thieves , or taken to the police car pound). You will also be aware of the growing traffic congestion in rural areas , and the methods the authorities are employing to combat people taking cars into these areas. Now even the smallest villages are restricting parking and charging heavily for the spaces they do make available. One parking authority has spent a fortune on raising the height of all roadside verges to make parking more difficult.
At £6 per bag per day stage for walking routes and cycling routes our service is affordable and reliable. You can safely leave your car at home if you are doing one of the island routes or making your own way , safe in the knowledge that you will have a full support service. Our services are operated by ILS Enterprises Ltd trading as the Bag Tag service. Whether the services are arranged directly with the company or one of its appointed sales agents your contract is with the company.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
Full payment is required with your booking order , a sterling cheque , bank draft or cash on arrival. Payments are not accepted in foreign currency. Bags should weigh no more than 12 kilos , otherwise excess will be charged. Our insurance does not permit us to leave baggage unattended. In the event that there is nobody to receive your baggage it will be left at a convenient dropping point and must be collected at the end of your days walk. We undertake to collect and deliver your baggage to the next hotel by 4.30 pm. Baggage must be clearly labeled using the labels provided and securely packed without loose items attached. We prefer that your baggage is also locked.
ALTERATION OF BOOKINGS
If you wish to change your arrangements subsequent to having booked with us ,there will be an amendment fee of £5 per person.
CANCELLATION
Less than 7 days before departure - 100% of the costs. Your statutory rights are not affected
